You will need 2 or 3 Fresh Med Zucchini
1/4 cup Italian Style Dressing
1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
Parmesean Cheese or Your Favorite Cheese Shredded
Cut the Ends off and slice like coins about a 1/2 inch thick.
Place in a zip lock bag and add the dressing, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix it up good. Make sure
all the zucchini is covered with the dressing. Add more if needed. Lay the bag flat in the refridgerator and
let it marinate for at least 30 minutes up to over night. The longer you let it soak up the dressing the better.
Pre heat your grill to 400 degrees F.
Place the zucchini coins on the grill and turn after 5 minutes or when you get a good grill mark on them.
Cook another 4 minutes. Time varies per grill. Cook until kind of flimsy and soft.
Then add the shredded cheese on top. Grill 1 or 2 minutes longer until cheese melts, remove, serve and enjoy.
